This video will show you how to go under Stormwind or Orgrimmar by downloading the file patch-5.MPQ.
Steps:
1- Install the Patch-5.mpq in "c:/Program Files/World of Warcraft/Data"
2- Run wow with
WoWME.
3- Follow me in the video.
